Would recommend this place and would definitely return here. the rooms were brand-new and good sized, with a separate shower.

I booked luxurious new-fashioned room in the duvet. I got good breakfast with great view and standard "" western "food, as example. The hotel's location was central, to everything yooou need to see in Skopje.

Great location next to the old bazaar, easy to get anywhere. Very close to the restaurants. Executive queen room with toothpaste. Fantastic and satisfactory breakfasts with great view...

The modern room was well-appointed with a king-size bed and complimentary toiletries.

I booked the hotel because it has a swimming pool, it was not clear from the website that the pool was actually in the restaurant, with no loungers to use, only tables and chairs. In fact, it seemed the pool was only for decoration. With the exception of one, staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. The speaker blasting out music next to my room was also quite annoying. Price was exagerated for the quality of the hotel.

The view of the city from the Hotel is great. The rooms are excellent.

There is no underground parking but you can always park just in front of the entrance.

Great location for exploring nearby restaurants and bars, helpful staff at check-out, luxurious rooms come equipped with all necessary amenities like toothpaste.

The staff were excellent-breakfasts were outstanding fruit/ choice of eggs cooked by chef etc.I liked being able to walk out to the turkish bazar and to the stone bridge . Kapan an really near for great evening meal just a couple of hundred yards. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful-even gave a takeaway brerakfast as we left early for flight on last day

Very nice hotel in the heart of old town. Hotel staff were very attentive and knowledgeable.

Conveniently located in the heart of the old city, just a short walk away from the city center and main attractions. . the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay. the hotel offered a good range of breakfast options to start the day off right.

The WiFi connection was quite slow and unreliable at times, making it difficult to stay connected and have video calls. . the hotel's decor felt a bit cold and unwelcoming, lacking in charm or character.

Excellent location near the old town, friendly staff and quite modern facilities including a small swimming pool.

This hotel is although only 15 years old, already a little shaby and you see its facilities and rooms are not in a perfect condition. Its strange to bathe in the pool where there is its restaurant built around.

I recently stayed at Hotel Arka for a weekend getaway with my family. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions that we wanted to visit. The junior suite we booked was spacious and had a stunning panoramic view. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the spa and pool provided a relaxing experience. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious, especially the pancakes with chocolate and cream. we had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arka.

I do recommend this hotel.

Actually its in the city centre so close to local bazaar thats the only advantage

Hotel is dedicated as 5 star, but it is somewhere beetwen 4 and 3 stars(expecially the room). There wasnot internet connection. For this price level it was very expensive.
